Refund Policy
Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene-related products (underwear, swimwear, etc.)
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@minime1st.com with photos of the item. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@minime1st.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
