Refund Policy

At MiniMe, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Perishable goods or items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@minime1st.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@minime1st.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first at support@minime1st.com to receive return instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
